1 lb. lean ground beef
1 TBSP Chopped Fresh Garlic
1 TBSP Onion Powder (or regular white onions, if you prefer)
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
1 TBSP MCM (Chef's Fave - Fired Up)
1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 can Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Water
Salt and Pepper to taste
Angel Hair Pasta
Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain beef. Add garlic, onion powder, and Italian seasoning and heat thoroughly. Stir in tomato soup, tomato paste, water, and MCM. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Heat to boiling. Serve over angel hair pasta with a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese on top for a nice change of pace from regular spaghetti or use this as a substitute for the meat sauce in your own Baked Spaghetti!
