3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 TBSP Music City Mustard (Chef's Fave - Sweet Heat or for extra punch, Fired Up)
1 Tsp. dried Sweet Basil
1 Tsp. dried Oregano
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Combine all ingredients in a tightly sealed container and shake well until thoroughly mixed. This can be refrigerated. However, when serving, bring the dressing back to room temperature and re-shake the container. For a sweeter, less tangy dressing, add 1 TBSP of sugar or honey.
