Music City Mustard Twisted Chicken Salad

Going to a bridal shower, baby shower or other "brunchy" event?  You'll want to bring some of our famous Music City Mustard Chicken Salad!  It will turn an old classic into a fresh yummy dish to serve to all your friends and family.


1/2 rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 can chicken in water, drained

1 tbsp. Music City Mustard (Chef's Fave - Sweet Heat)

1 cup light sour cream

1/2 cup light mayonnaise

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 cup celery

1 cup green, seedless grapes

Salt and pepper to taste

(Optional: 1 cup cranberries and 1/2 cup pecans...add about 15 minutes before serving)

Shred rotisserie chicken and place in a small bowl with drained chicken in water. In another bowl, mix mustard, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, celery and grapes together.  Fold the chicken into the mustard mix and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.  Add optional items about 15 minutes before serving.
