1 lb pork sausage
1 sheet of Crescent Rolls
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp MCM (Chef’s Fave – Sweet)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown the pork sausage in skillet. Scramble up eggs in a small glass and add all but about 2 tablespoons to sausage mix, cooking both fully. Combine mustard and water and add to sausage mixture, stirring thoroughly. Roll out crescent roll dough onto cutting board. Cut crescent dough into 3 strips, about 3″ wide each. Layer cheddar cheese, then sausage mixture onto each strip and pinch the dough together to hold it all in. Cut into 2″ squares and place on a baking sheet. Brush top of biscuits with remaining egg wash. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes or until the crescent dough is golden brown.
